The Private Primary School was included in the network of schools and educational facilities in the Slovak Republic on October 1^st, 2005 by the decision of Slovak Ministry of Education and started its activity on September 1^st, 2006.

Since its establishment, the school has focused on the enhancement of language education with an emphasis on English. Since September 2012, education at the Private Primary School has been run bilingually, with Slovak being the first language and English the second.

The framework educational programme of the Private Primary School has enabled linguistically gifted and talented children a continuous transition to Secondary Comprehensive bilingual education at the Private Secondary Comprehensive School run by the founder.
